The 2023 Sailboats designs feature colorful sailboats moving across blue water. Crisp geometric sails and simple shapes capture the feeling of a bright day on the water. The pair of illustrations adds a sailing theme to domestic postcards and short notes sent on postcard-size cards.
Mailing use
The POSTCARD marking identifies these as non-denominated domestic postcard-rate stamps. Their postage value follows the current USPS domestic postcard rate when rates change. One stamp covers an eligible domestic postcard. A postcard-rate stamp does not by itself cover a standard domestic 1-ounce letter. Add postage when the required rate is higher, including for letters, oversized cards or international mail.
