The 2021 Happy Birthday Forever stamp turns the letters in HAPPY into colorful party decorations, surrounded by ribbons and confetti. The playful design adds a birthday greeting to the outside of invitations, cards and personal letters.
USPS issued this design on September 9, 2021.
