Tulips, issued in 2022, is a Forever stamp design. A luminous arrangement of overlapping tulips fills the design with red, orange, yellow, purple and white. The horizontal floral image adds color to RSVP envelopes, party invitations, thank-you notes and everyday correspondence.
Mailing use
Each Forever stamp has a postage value equal to the current USPS First-Class Mail domestic 1-ounce letter rate, even when rates change. One stamp covers a standard machinable domestic letter weighing up to 1 ounce. Heavier letters, nonmachinable envelopes, large envelopes and international mail require additional postage.
