The Poinsettia stamp shows red bracts and green leaves in a circular design. Its close-up floral photograph brings a seasonal touch to international correspondence. USPS issued this Global Forever design on August 26, 2018.
Mailing use
Each Global Forever stamp covers the current USPS First-Class Mail International postage for a standard machinable 1-ounce letter to a country where the service is available. Its value follows the applicable rate even when rates change. Heavier letters and mail outside the standard letter requirements may need additional postage.
