The 2025 U.S. Flag Forever stamps feature a waving American flag against a white background. USPS issued this design on June 7, 2025.
Mailing use
Each Forever stamp has a postage value equal to the current USPS First-Class Mail domestic 1-ounce letter rate, even when rates change. One stamp covers a standard machinable domestic letter weighing up to 1 ounce. Letters over 1 ounce, nonmachinable envelopes, large envelopes and international mail require additional postage.
