Love, issued in 2023, is a Forever stamp design. A kitten and a puppy rest their front paws on red hearts in two affectionate designs. These playful pet illustrations add a warm touch to valentines, cards for animal lovers and letters sent throughout the year.
Mailing use
Each Forever stamp has a postage value equal to the current USPS First-Class Mail domestic 1-ounce letter rate, even when rates change. One stamp covers a standard machinable domestic letter weighing up to 1 ounce. Heavier letters, nonmachinable envelopes, large envelopes and international mail require additional postage.
