Celebration Boutonniere, issued in 2017, is a Forever stamp design. A photographed boutonniere combines ranunculus flowers with succulents, greenery and a ribbon-wrapped stem. The compact floral arrangement complements wedding RSVP envelopes, party invitations, announcements and thank-you notes.
Mailing use
Each Forever stamp has a postage value equal to the current USPS First-Class Mail domestic 1-ounce letter rate, even when rates change. One stamp covers a standard machinable domestic letter weighing up to 1 ounce. Heavier letters, nonmachinable envelopes, large envelopes and international mail require additional postage.
