The 2019 Coral Reefs designs combine stylized reef fish with elkhorn, brain, staghorn and pillar corals. Bright blue backgrounds and colorful marine life create four distinct underwater scenes. These postcard stamps bring an ocean theme to everyday domestic postcards.
Mailing use
The POSTCARD marking identifies these as non-denominated domestic postcard-rate stamps. Their postage value follows the current USPS domestic postcard rate when rates change. One stamp covers an eligible domestic postcard. A postcard-rate stamp does not by itself cover a standard domestic 1-ounce letter. Add postage when the required rate is higher, including for letters, oversized cards or international mail.
